It just seems you have to have a guest that has Relaxing to actually get to pick up the relics again.
Mortal Reminders gives you the Thieves and getting back the stolen items. Ritual of Atonment gives you the Judging the Souls and the Ritual. With Tea Time I got two parts, giving tea and having the conversation at the start.
